American Whey Protein Works Like Advertised

Monday, November 16th, 2009

I am a serious weightlifter, and I have tried a number of protein powders and gainer products to try and increase my size and my muscle strength and recovery. One that I have found that actually does what it says is American Whey Protein. This is no miracle cure or magical potion that is instantly going to work, but if you are willing to train hard and you just want a protein supplement to keep your muscles fed and in an anabolic state, this may be the right protein product to pick. I have gotten results that are better since I have started using it, and my muscles have improved and recover faster. I am not saying that American Whey Protein will work for everyone, and this may not be the right choice if you want something which gives better results without anything required in return. If you are willing to train hard, like I do, then you may get the improved results you want to see.

American Whey Protein: Love it! Chocolate is the best

Monday, November 16th, 2009

I have been using this protein powder for about 3 months. I have tried a few flavors, but I think Chocolate is the best. I use it with water and blend it in a blender. Have tried a number of whey protein powders in the past, made the mistake of using a shaker. This tastes better than most. (more…)

American Whey Protein Is The Whey To Go For Me

Monday, November 16th, 2009

As a bodybuilder I take my fitness seriously, and I am always on the lookout for products that can help me get bigger and stronger. American Whey Protein is a product that I started using a few months ago, and I have to say that this is one of the best out there that I have found so far. I can not take supplements with large amounts of lactose because it causes stomach problems, I am lactose intolerant, and many protein supplements advertise low lactose amounts but I still have problems. American Whey Protein does not do this, when I take it I do not have any cramping or stomach upset. The twenty grams of protein per serving really helps me get the protein I need for my extensive fitness training, and I like the fact that there is only a little more than one hundred calories per serving. This is not a gainer powder, but a protein supplement for my muscle growth and repair instead.
