It is hard in my opinion to find a more convenient ready to drink protein source than Extreme Smoothie from VHT. It comes in a can and comes in many great delicious flavors. There are many good aspects of Extreme Smoothie, and only one drawback as i see it. It is not the cheapest ready to drink protein source out there on the market today. If you don’t have problems paying a little more for this supplement from VHT, you will get a quality product. It is really worth it. It comes in many great flavors, but my favorite is the chocolate dream. It has a good amount of protein with 35 grams and also contains few carbohydrates. I try to get a quick workout in during my lunch break, and most of the time I don’t have time to grab a bite to eat. So I just take this stuff, and it holds me off.
