American Whey: easy to digest
December 1st, 2009I recently ran into my next door neighbor whom I have not seen for quite some time. She is a totally different person now, having lost 20 lbs, looking lean, buff and toned all over, and she is in her 40s. She said that she is eating a high-protein diet, does moderate aerobic exercise and some strength training. But most importantly, she quit having her sweet-tooth cravings.
