I have tried a lot of protein drinks and Extreme Smoothie from VHT is absolutely the best. Besides the fact that it is one of the healthiest things on the market, Extreme Smoothie tastes fantastic. I started with the chocolate and it was beyond belief. I haven’t tasted anything this good since I cheated and got a fat filled smoothie. I drink Extreme Smoothie as a meal replacement. Not only do I not feel hungry, but I feel like I have actual HAD a meal! VHT has a couple of flavors in Extreme Smoothie, so I will be buying the others since the chocolate was so good. This is a major coupe in my book because I am always looking out for a healthy protein drink that does what the hype says it will. There is no hype on this one – just pure lip smacking pleasure! I really like this.
