I am that kind of a guy who always seemed to be one of the smaller guys in the gym. I can never appear to put on mass. Isopure from Natures Best is what I eventually settled on to use. Muscle Milk RTD is all that you expect from Muscle Milk, but it comes in a container for portability and convenience. Extreme Smoothie has great taste with good protein
Wednesday, March 17th, 2010I have tried so many protein shakes and all of them taste pretty bad. Picked up Extreme Smoothie without any anticipation of this one being any better. I am now hooked on this stuff! The chocolate has a great taste with no aftertaste. Just shake it up, drink it and you are good-to-go. A good amount of high quality protein as well! Not too high in calories or carbs. I drink one in the morning and then another one in early afternoon. Can’t believe that something this good is good for you! Besides the fact that it is one of the healthiest things on the market, Extreme Smoothie tastes fantastic. I started with the chocolate and it was beyond belief. rebuild with Extreme Smoothie

It comes in a can and comes in many great delicious flavors. There are many good aspects of Extreme Smoothie, and only one drawback as i see it.
