When I started taking proteins, my biggest complaint was how chunky the powders mixed. American Whey protein doesn’t look flashy in its packaging, but what is inside is all that matters. Finding out that American Whey protein is whey protein isolate, compared to the run of the mill products being a combination blend largely built upon whey concentrate, gave me hope that maybe this protein would be a little different in mixing. I wasn’t disappointment. American Whey mixes smooth and clean in water or milk and has very little texture, if anything at all. Its not uncomfortable to drink, and without having to worry about a large protein clump floating around in the shake, American Whey protein has been a pleasure to take.
