I’ve been taking American Whey protein a few times a day and it’s helped me quite a bit in keeping my body together as well as helping me in my goals for getting leaner. I’ve taken it first thing in the morning, either as breakfast or with a meal, after my workouts, and right before bed. Taking it before bed has helped me get to sleep quicker and have more restful sleep.
