I workout pretty far away from my home, so sometimes it is pretty hard for me to get in any nutrition after a workout until I’ve already missed that ‘anabolic window’ for nutrients. I’ve had problems with basic whey proteins in the past, and any time I’ve mixed anything in water, its been pretty hard to handle. Then I came across some whey protein isolates, like American Whey Protein, and my issues with taste that I had in lesser proteins was no where to be found here. It mixes well, tastes great even with water, and I can take it with me to the gym and it helps me get that little something I need when I need it most after a workout.
