American Whey Protein: Great for Women Looking to Tone

Granted, I’m no body builder. In fact, I’m a woman in her twenties. My goal in purchasing my very first tub of protein powder was to gain a little muscle and help tone my body. The first tub I purchased was 3lb American Whey Protein in the chocolate flavor. This is also the very first protein powder I ever tried. I have to admit, the first thing I was worried about was taste. All that kept crossing my mind was the idea of chewing on chalk, or something of the like. Wow. This protein powder actually tasted good, true though that I like to make my shakes with milk for the added protein and sugar. The taste here was only an added bonus because I was truly just looking to tone, and tone I did! I don’t think it was even a week before I had already gained three pounds (muscle, of course) and could already start to see some definition in my biceps and calves. Truly, this little trial tub as I called it, did my body wonders. Combined with a healthy diet and exercise plan, you’re sure to get the tone and muscle you want from this product.
