I admit, I was skeptical about this whey protein. The price was really good for 10 lbs. I am pleasantly surprised. I have tried a few powders over the years and am getting back into lifting after some pretty heavy duty surgery. I started out with the chocolate, which has a fantastic taste. If anything, it might be a bit too chocolatey. I always use a blender, mixed it with skim milk (to start out with).A really good taste for the price! I am going to go ahead and try the berry flavored. Had such good luck with the chocolate. After I get my regiment back in place, I will use water instead of skim milk. It would be great if they would make a sampler or if they even included free samples of other flavors to get your interest up. I hate spending money on something that I may not like.
